Associate membership benefits

If your company supplies or services the hospitality and accommodation industries your company can join as Associate Members. 

Your company can join any of the five UKHA regions, with one link per regional membership. Fees start from only £150 per annum.

Membership Rates from 1st March 2026

London Housekeeper - £45 per annum
London Associate Member - £170 per annum
London Associate Link Member (one per main member) - £80 per annum

Regional Housekeeper - £45 per annum
Regional Associate Member - £155 per annum
Regional Associate Link Member (one per main member) - £55 per annum

Changes in members' names can be arranged for an admin charge of £35 per name change, which will be invoiced directly via your region/s.

National Memberships (offline invoices & payments)

We offer a discount to companies paying on a single invoice, for five full and main members; one in each and every UKHA region = £700 (discounted to £140 per region, including London). Link members, one for each of the main members in this case, would be charged at the full link rate, as shown above.

If your company has multiple members and would prefer a single invoice to cover all memberships, you can request this via marketing@ukha.co.uk, but these memberships would not be discounted, unless the full national membership offer is taken up (1 x full member in each of the UKHA 5 regions)

Associate Memberships explained

  • The first named person joining from any supplier company is a FULL Associate member
  • They (or their company) join any one of the five UKHA region (or regions) that are covered by their company services
  • Each regional membership is applied for and paid for separately
  • Each full Associate membership can add one other person from the same branch/office to their regional membership (a Link) for a reduced fee
  • You can apply for multiple Associate memberships for one region on this basis i.e.: you could join London twice and have four company representatives as members
  • Each main member and link needs to have their own and UNIQUE email address, so that we can send information regarding events and their renewals online. If you don't have a unique email address you can still become a member but will you need to renew and pay your annual fees offline

 

Online Application Process for NEW members.

Click either Housekeeping or Associate buttons below to complete your NEW application online. Once we have checked and APPROVED your application you will receive an invoice by email which you can pay via Paypal (including payments by credit and debit cards without a PayPal account) BACs or cheque by post.

Existing UKHA Members

If you are already a member of the UKHA we will send YOU a RENEWAL invoice in March every year

OR, if you would prefer us to send you an application form to fill out and either email or post back, please email a request to your regional chair asking for a Word application form.

This method is MUCH slower and gives our volunteer membership managers MUCH more admin.

We will not use your contact or personal data or contact details for any other purpose than to send you information pertaining to the UKHA.
