Scotland Meeting Review: January 2026
On Monday 19th January Scotland UKHA members met at The George Hotel in Edinburgh for their first meeting of 2026.
Meeting Review
On a chilly, but bright Monday in January, UKHA members gathered at The George Hotel in Edinburgh, where we were greeted by our host and Executive Housekeeper, Janos Almasi.
We had fantastic views from the meeting room, which took in views of Edinburgh and we were treated to Goody Bags. The meeting room, buffet and refreshments were all sponsored by The George Hotel and were much appreciated by all..
We had an interesting and informative presentation from our guest speaker, Chris Caigenard from Pest Solutions.
Members were then treated to a hotel showround by Janos, where guests have varied from Robert Burns to Sir Walter Scott over its 200 year history.
We finished with our raffle and extended special thanks to Chris and Janos and for all those who attended.
