Midlands Meeting Review: 10th September 2024
The UKHA Midlands and Southwest regions recent meeting on the 10th September was hosted by Elis at their fabulous premises in Wednesbury.

The committee and members were made most welcome, we must acknowledge and offer a massive and sincere thanks to all involved in arranging and delivering the event. The passion we felt from all speakers was phenomenal, the statistics shared in terms of pieces laundered, pieces pressed and pieces counted was significant.
The group were sincerely impressed with the Elis business strategy and the clear commitment to the green agenda was awesome.
The tour of the shop floor to observe exceptional service from a dedicated team was an absolute pleasure to see. The commitment to minimising environmental impacts and enhanced sustainability was exceptional and was owned by all staff. Its fair to say Elis understand the challenges of delivering an outstanding guest experience whilst contributing to environmentally friendly solutions.
A most interesting meeting with lots of learning, an exquisite buffet and gifts for all.
