London Annual Business Luncheon 2026: Review

Well over 250 UKHA members and their guests from across the UK arrived at The Pan Pacific London for the annual business luncheon. The London & SE committee thank everyone that attended and supported this event.
Event Review
A truly fantastic venue and another exceptional event! The Pan Pacific London provided the perfect setting for our business lunch, with a seamless turnaround and impeccable service. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully paired with the drinks, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.
The Menu: Heritage Tomato & Burrata salad or Salmon & Nori , followed by Devon White Chicken or Wild Mushroom Lasagne and finishing with a divine Chocolate Brownie with Cherry Confit.
National Diary Dates: Summer Ball 3rd July hosted by UKHA Yorkshire and the London Winter Ball on the 5th December. Both events are open to all UKHA Members and their guests,

Our chosen charity for this event was Hospitality Action, who provide vital support to those in our industry when they need it most, whether through financial support or simply being there in challenging times, supporting wellbeing, raising awareness and giving back to our industry, is at the heart of what they do.

We are thrilled that Sally Beck was our key-note speaker at the Luncheon. Fresh from her win at The Hotel Magazine Awards, scooping Hotel of the Year 2026 she gave a truly inspiring talk and relevant to everyone in the room.
Sally is the highly respected and admired General Manager of the 411-bedroom Royal Lancaster London and has led the hotel through an £85m+ renovation, consistently securing its place in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For since 2016.
She shared her career path, personal experiences, her management ethos and a great reading list!
