Thank you to Jean Roberts

Jan Flynn and the Manchester Committee would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Jean Roberts, as she stands down from the committee after many years. Jean will remain an active member of UKHA Manchester and is looking forward to relaxing and enjoying UKHA events rather than organising them!

Jean Roberts is a long standing and well respected figure within the housekeeping community, with an impressive career spanning several decades within some of leading hotel brands. Recognition for Jean's achievements include:

• 2008 - winner of the Housekeeper of the Year award at the Hotel Cateys
• 2008 - Jean was presented to The Queen at Buckingham Palace for services to the housekeeping industry.
• 2023 - Jean was honoured with the Triple H Lifetime Achievement Award.
