Yorkshire & NE May Meeting Review

UKHA Visit to Grantley Hall - Monday 12th May 2025

 

Our May meeting was generously hosted by Grantley Hall Hotel near Ripon and was well attended from around the counties.

After we had swept up the drive through immaculately prepared gardens, we headed for the terrace of the Grantley Suite where we enjoyed our welcome drinks kindly sponsored by George Khan of East Products.

Afternoon tea was served by attentive staff who served us with eye catching and mouth-watering finger sandwiches, warm scones with cream and jam, and a choice of a trio of miniature desserts.

After a warm welcome from Janet Thompson, who is our new Yorkshire Chair, we had a show-round of a couple of available bedrooms and then completed the evening with networking amongst colleagues and industry suppliers.

Our thanks go out to Grantley Hall’s GM, Nuno Cesar de’Sa, Lewis Hunter and all of the Grantley Hall staff for looking after us so well.
