Introducing Mandy Knight
Mandy Knight has a wealth of experience and we are looking forward to working with her on Midlands events and membership communications.
Mandy Knight "With over 25 years of experience within the hospitality industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained through various roles, including head housekeeping and executive positions in a range of 4 and 5-star luxury hotels, as well as boutique establishments. This diverse background has allowed me to adapt to a variety of operational needs, environments, and team structures, strengthening my ability to manage both large-scale operations and more intimate, bespoke settings.
Throughout my career, I have focused on driving efficiency, fostering high-performance teams, and maintaining exceptional service standards across different hotel environments. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge while contributing to the development of best practices in hospitality and housekeeping.
Most recently, I resumed the role of Housekeeping Manager at The Feathers, a newly refurbished 4-star boutique hotel in Woodstock. The hotel, nestled in the heart of this historic town, offers 17 individually designed rooms and 6 suites that blend rustic elegance with modern features."
