Meeting Review

Members thoroughly enjoyed our recent meeting at the wonderful St Ermin's Hotel. The incredible Victorian-style Crystal Room set the perfect backdrop, and the generosity and kindness of the staff were truly noticeable. Attended by over 80 guests, it was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with colleagues during our first meeting of the year. The atmosphere was lovely and friendly, which was reflected in the positive feedback we received from several members.
 
Our Speaker
Our guest speaker, Anastasia Malievskaya from Take It Personally the cashless tipping app, shared insightful ideas about alternative tipping practices to support room attendants and housekeeping staff. This sparked a lively discussion, with our members engaging in lots of questions and answers.

The occasion was further enhanced by elegant tablecloths and an incredibly generous selection of delicious canapés. Overall, it was a wonderful event, and we look forward to our next meeting on Tuesday April 8th, details to follow shortly.
