I am Head Housekeeper at Hilton York with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about maintaining the highest housekeeping standards, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I am proud to support our industry and am honoured to serve on the UKHA Yorkshire & North East region committee.
